the check-in was quick. khat at reception gave me a complimentary upgrade to a premium suite sea view lounge access including complimentary access to surf pool adventure park wave pool lazy river! the suite was beautiful! the staff were amazing and friendly. lee, asha, christian, richard, mimi, alvito, azim and subrat were hospitable.

The gym didn't have enough free weights. I had to wait each time i wanted to use them.

The location had easy access to nearby attractions. It also had convenient access to the beach and pool areas. the hotel had valet parking , made coming and going very easy too!

The staff were quick and helpful with requests. They ensured our comfort throughout our stay, and the breakfast service was excellent with attentive staff like subrat and christian. they remembered our preferences each morning.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. breakfast at la terrazza was awesome, it was a nice moment. divine, christian, richard, kabir, surya, monica, asha, rajeev, and subrat gave us excellent service.

the hotel did not have a shower stall, only a bathtub. during the shower, all floor in the bathroom becomes wet.

The location was acceptable. It provided reasonable access to the corniche.

My executive suite sea view lounge access room was not properly prepared. The promised turndown service never happened! also, the mini-bar was stocked with only water and soft drinks, with no alcoholic beverages available for purchase. i had to call room service repeatedly to get basic amenities replenished. This was unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
